Six Sigma Development Solutions’ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification examination is for those students who have taken our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification course. Passing the Examination is one of the three milestones the student must achieve before the Certification is awarded.

Passing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Examination is one of the three milestones the student must achieve before the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is awarded.

The three milestones to Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification are:

  • Completing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course
  • Completing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project
  • Passing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Examination

The exam is 50 questions timed test (you have 100 minutes to complete). You have two chances to pass the examination. The test is randomized with a total test question pool of 100 questions so you will most likely get new questions on the second attempt. You will need access to Minitab 19 or newer to complete the test.
