Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Options
Option #1:
Earning your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification by completing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level project.
This option has two milestones for earning your Green Belt certification. Both must be completed to earn the certification.
The 1st milestone to receive the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification through completing a project is to pass our internal examination (this is not the IASSC Green Belt examination) with a grade of >=80%. The examination will be given at the end of your online Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course.
- Passing grade >=80%.
- 20 questions in a 57-question pool.
- Questions and answers are randomized.
- Timed exam of 60 minutes.
- You have two chances to pass the exam.
- If you fail the exam twice, then you fail the course and will not be permitted to complete a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project.
The 2nd milestone to receive the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is to successfully complete a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project using the tools and methodology provided in the course.
- Using the “Lean Six Sigma Green Belt DMAIC Phase Deliverables” MS Excel workbook provided.
- Within 180-day certification deadline.
- Project group of up to four Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification candidates.
Option #2
Pass the (IASSC) International Association for Six Sigma Certification’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt test
