Client cancellation outside of the cancellation policy deadline:
For courses paid for directly through our learning management system website (https://sixsigmadsi.arlo.co/) with a credit card, the client will be refunded, on request, the full amount paid minus a 2.9% + $.0.30 credit card (Stripe) processing fee.
For courses paid by credit card or purchase card, the client will be refunded the full amount paid minus credit card fees.
For courses paid for through an invoice or bank transfer, the client will be refunded, on request, the full amount paid.
