If you request to cancel your attendance in a confirmed public live (in-person or live virtual) Lean Six Sigma course, the following refund terms apply:
Cancellations Made 11 or More Business Days Before the Course Start Date
Credit Card or Purchase Card Payments: Full refund minus a 9% + $0.30 credit card (Stripe) processing fee
Invoice or Bank Transfer Payments: Full refund upon request
Cancellations Made 6–10 Business Days Before the Course Start Date
Credit Card or Purchase Card Payments: 50% refund minus a 9% + $0.30 credit card (Stripe) processing fee
Invoice or Bank Transfer Payments: 50% refund upon request
Cancellations Made 0–5 Business Days Before the Course Start Date
No refunds will be issued.
You may:
Transfer your enrollment to a future public live course of the same or lesser value within 365 days, or
Substitute another participant at any time at no additional cost
Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc.-Initiated Cancellations
If Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. (SSDSI) cancels a public live course:
Credit Card payments made through our website: Eligible for a full refund upon request
Invoice or Bank Transfer payments: Eligible for a full refund upon request
During or after registration for any public live (in-person or live virtual) Lean Six Sigma course, customers may be offered a promotional free add-on of the Online Self-Paced version of the same course (regular standalone price: $998).
If this promotional online add-on is included in your order or accepted after completing registration:
The entire order becomes non-refundable and final sale
This applies even if the live course is canceled due to low enrollment
Immediate access to the online self-paced course is granted upon registration or acceptance of this promotional add-on, which constitutes fulfillment of this portion of the order
Rescheduling in Lieu of Refund
If the live course is canceled by SSDSI or if you cancel your attendance, you will have the option to reschedule into a future public live course within 365 days of the original course start date
Refunds will not be issued for orders that include the promotional online add-on
Online (Self-Paced) Courses
All Online (Self-Paced) courses offered by Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc. are final sale and non-refundable.
Access to online self-paced courses is granted immediately upon completion of purchase
Once access is provided, the order is considered fulfilled
No refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or transfers will be permitted for online self-paced courses, regardless of usage or completion status
