Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancelation Policy
(Public or Private Live Virtual, Live In-Person, and Hybrid  courses)

  • To cancel your enrollment, please email [email protected] or fax your request to 888-325-4281.
  • If you cancel 11 or more business days before the start date of class, you won’t be charged the training fee.
  • If you cancel 6-10 business days before the class, you’ll be charged 50% of the training fee.
  • If you cancel 0-5 business days before the class, you’ll be charged 100% of the training fee.
  • If you cancel and wish to reschedule, you can transfer your enrollment to a future course of equal or lesser value within one year of your cancellation date.
  • If you cancel a public course and incur a penalty, that amount can only be applied to another public course (not a private course) within 365 of the last day of the public course you were enrolled.
  • You’re welcome to substitute another person in your place at any time.
  • If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you’re still responsible for the full payment.

  • All purchases of online (self-paced) courses are final. No refunds or cancellations are available once you’ve made a purchase.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify a class at any time due to reasons such as low enrollment, venue or equipment issues, or trainer availability.
  • Public courses must meet a minimum number of participants to take place. If a class doesn’t meet this requirement, it will be canceled.
  • If your class is canceled, we’ll notify you and provide alternative options, such as:
    • Rescheduling for a later training date in your area.
    • Attending an in-person session at a different location.
    • Joining a hybrid or live virtual course.
  • Whenever possible, we’ll inform you at least 7 days in advance if a class is canceled.
  • We are not responsible for any costs related to travel, accommodation, or other expenses due to a canceled class.
  • If we cancel your class, your only financial remedy will be a full refund of any prepaid course fees.
