With this option, you will complete a Lean Six Sigma project using the tools, methodology, and roadmap provided by Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc.

This Lean Six Sigma certification mentorship is included in the enrollment fee for all our Lean Six Sigma courses (we will not charge an additional fee for mentorship)
Hands-On Mentorship:
Our Master Black Belt mentors will guide you through each stage of your certification project roadmap.
Each course comes with a defined roadmap to certification.
Pre-Approved Projects:
Before the course starts, our Master Black Belt instructors can help you identify a viable project to ensure a meaningful learning experience.
Most participants earn their certification in less than three months.
Group Projects (Yellow Belt & Green Belt Only):
Yellow Belt & Green Belt candidates may work in teams of up to four candidates.
All team members must have completed the corresponding Lean Six Sigma course through Six Sigma Development Solutions.
Black Belt candidates must complete individual projects for certification.

Dedicated Master Black Belt Mentorship throughout your project.

Option #2: IASSC Exam-Based Certification
This option provides an alternative path to certification through the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC).
*Important! Not Included in Course Enrollment: The IASSC certification exam requires a separate fee paid directly to IASSC.
Earn Certification via Exam:
You can earn a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt certification by passing the corresponding IASSC exam.
Online Proctored Exam:
The IASSC exam is taken online under the supervision of a live proctor.
No Project Requirement:
If you pass the IASSC exam, you are not required to complete a Lean Six Sigma project through Six Sigma Development Solutions.
However, we strongly encourage candidates to complete a Lean Six Sigma project with our Master Black Belt mentorship for practical, hands-on application.
IASSC Exam Preparation Resources:
Study Time Recommendation: Allow at least seven days after completing the course to prepare for the exam.
Recommendation: If you choose the IASSC exam route, we highly suggest completing a Lean Six Sigma project with our mentorship for real-world experience.
