About our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Course?
Our five (5) day Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course is a 10 day modular course that includes the first five (5) day Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course as a prerequisite.
The first five days of training focuses on Green Belt topics, while the last five days covers Black Belt topics.
We developed this format so that students can stop at the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt after the first five days of training or continue to the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt after taking the full 10 days of training.
What are the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course Prerequisites?
To be eligible to sign up for our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification course, you must fulfill one of the two requirements below:
- You must first take the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification course offered by Six Sigma Development Solutions, Inc., or
- You must show proof of a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from either:

- In order to ensure that the student signing up for the Black Belt course has the pre-requisite knowledge, we only accept Green Belt certification through the IASSC or the ASQ.
